Shipping Methods

The following is a detailed description of the available shipping methods:

Shipping with a courier company: Your order will be sent to the address you indicate to us through the courier company ELTA Courier. Delivery of the order is usually made within 1-3 working days from the date of issue of the relevant document – e.g. retail sales receipt – which you will receive via email.
Shipping with a transport company: Orders related to bulk parcels are sent through the network of transport companies with which we cooperate. We undertake the delivery of your order to your door, for orders within Attica and Thessaloniki or to the transport agency that you will indicate to us, in Attica & Thessaloniki respectively. Delivery of the order is usually made within 2-5 working days from the date of issue of the relevant document – e.g. retail sales receipt – which you will receive via email.
