Vegie – gemelli with tomato, carrot and spinach is produced from the highest quality Greek traditional variety of durum wheat called “Mavragani”. It obtains its colour from vegetables – and vegetables ONLY: spinach, tomato and carrot give their colours to this uncommonly shaped pasta. Due to its fine taste it is a perfect base for pasta salads – a light and refreshing dish for hot summer days.
