Orzo with squid ink is made in small lots, slowly extruded through brass dies in order to achieve a rough surface and an exceptional texture which optimizes sauce adhesion. It is the ideal ingredient for all kinds of seafood orzotto! Due to its deep black colour it makes a dramatic appearance especially combined with bright coloured ingredients.
